Highschool Science

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse

Let us chat about Science

Our family absolutely loves nature, animals and life. Science is constant as we learn our ways on our farm. However, when it comes to an actual science curriculum we have struggled. I often lean towards living books and drawings for more in-depth science which has worked great in the younger years.

My oldest is wrapping up her Freshman year and I have been excited to share what we found for her upper level science course.

In all my digging I wanted a science program that didn’t just teach science with God thrown in. I wanted a program that taught God with science being one of many aspects showing Gods creative, orderly and powerful design of all things.

Science is not just a subject but apart of who our Creator is.

Let me tell you....Dr. Kurt Wise who teaches Devotional Biology through @compassclassroom does an amazing job at bringing scripture to the heart of understanding Gods design. My daughter has truly enjoyed this course in ways far from other science course we have attempted as she has gotten older.

God is not a subject we check off on our daily school. He is apart of all and this is one program unlike others.

I encourage you to check their program out. They have more classes to offer as well. I am so thankful we found them. My reading/ writing driven child not once complained about her science and thrived this whole year.

Check them out....you won’t be disappointed. I am now affiliated with them (but sorta crazy because this was originally typed up and planned for today before I was).
